Interning So Far
Interning so far has been a whirlwind of an experience.
Every expectation I had, good or bad, was squashed. Every fear I had, gone. Every struggle I thought I would face I have either worked through, or not faced it! Genuinely, my experience has been what I like to call "life changing". It has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Why? Because I have been pricked and prune by the Lord himself day after day, week after week.
The girls have now been here for nearly 3 month, and they are absolutely amazing. Their passion to love and serve the Lord encourages me day after day.
Homeschooling has been very exhausting, but so rewarding!
Lately Lauren and I have been homeschooling two boys of another American Missionary family so that they can prepare to go home to see family in a few weeks for Christmas! Working with three kids has been very draining, but I would do everything all over again if I had to!
Through the past couple of weeks the Lord has taught me a lot and reminded me of just how faithful he has been to change me and mold me into who he wants me to be!
Continue to stay tuned to see how faithful God continues to be!
As the holidays roll around continue to keep us in your prayers! Continue to pray for our girls as they continue to develop relationships and as they pour into all the crazy, but amazing children at Pepe!
